Nestled in a part of India known for its higher security requirements, Dr. Prakash Residence stands as a testament to the harmonious blend of safety, efficiency and architectural minimal beauty. Responding to the unique challenges of the area, a customized approach to the windows and doors of the residence was necessary.

The cornerstone of safety solutions for this project is the use of our innovative railing system Railing KRH. It has been specifically applied to highly vulnerable areas, such as ground floors or locations with easy access. Security rails not only enhance safekeeping during the day but also allow for plentiful ventilation, a crucial aspect in the warm Indian climate.

Also in areas with large sized glazed windows, the use of multi-laminated glazing elements provides resilience against vandalism and break in . This type of glass prevents glass from collapsing, allowing occupants the necessary time to protect themselves while avoiding the danger of sharp fragments that are formed when standard glass breaks.

Meeting client and architect requirements for aesthetic yet practical shading, the residence also incorporates the GLAZING BLINDS BL22 and BL28 systems. These blinds, neatly enclosed in the gap between two panes of glass, provide effective shading and are maintenance free thanks to the airtight seal between them. The motorized and remote controlled system that was included offers modern features and the comfort while at the same time a higher standard of living for a high end residence like that.
