Dwelling in the Middle East

Descritpion

The architectural design of this Dwelling in the Middle East reflects a forward thinking approach. It embraces asymmetric elements going beyond plain architecture. The use of Advanced KR76 windows adds a touch to the design, offering double sash windows with a central handle that combines both functionality and style along with slimmer geometries.

For accessibility and convenience the Premium KN76 tilt and turn doors feature low sills for easy passage. Additionally the Gossip K76 doors bring elegance with their fully  glazed look and locks including knob handles eliminating the need for keys. These chosen products create a harmony, where elements connect at 90 degree angles deviating from conventional building shapes adding to the slanted roof’s architecture.

Safety and security was given importance during this project. The floor level doors are laminated on both sides of the glass providing security against vandalism and reducing the risk of injury in case of accident.

The unique slanted roof elements contribute to making this project truly exceptional; they add a layer of complexity to its intricate design. This meticulous attention to detail stems from collaboration between the architect, client and our engineering team, in planning and executing every aspect of this project.
